Welcome to the SciTech Cafe!
Interested in meeting scientists? Learning about some fun topics?
Come to the SciTech Cafe!
We bring scientists into an informal setting to present science and the scientific process in an accessible way. All are welcome.
Our meetings are at 6pm at Union Station in Northampton on the 4th Monday of every month. We provide appetizers, and the topic for the evening. There will be lots of time for questions, plus a few games!
Science Cafes are cropping up around the country in an attempt to make science and scientists more accessible to the general public. You can learn more at NOVA’s website. And check out the original Science Cafe in our area, the OEB Science Cafe, which meets at Esselon Cafe. Check their website for up to date information, but we aim to offer events on the second and fourth Mondays of the month.
If you have suggestions for speakers or general questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Sign up for our email list by filling out the form or emailing us directly.
